What you'll do

• Identify commercial construction opportunities, target clients, referral sources, and industry partners.
• Research prospective clients, companies, projects, and key contacts.
• Build and maintain professional relationships.
• Conduct outreach and follow-up through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person networking.
• Attend local networking events, client meetings, and job walks.
• Coordinate with leadership, estimating, and operations to qualify opportunities.
• Assist with proposals, qualification packages, and presentations.
