What you'll do

• Greet customers, answer phones, and assess customer needs
• pursue monthly revenue goals through new accounts and existing account opportunities
• build relationships with customers and colleagues
• support store opening, closing, cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits
• maintain store appearance
• assist with activations, account changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessories, plan changes, and upgrades
• meet assigned performance metrics.
