Millwork Production Associate

The Millwork Production Associate role is onsite south of Hutchinson, KS. Pay is $18–$24 per hour, with a $1-per-hour differential for second shift. The posting offers first shift Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., or second shift Monday–Thursday, 4:15 p.m.–2:45 a.m. The role supports millwork production by operating and maintaining equipment, assisting with assembly and material handling, and following safety practices to help the team meet production goals. Millwork experience is helpful but not required; training is available.
