Site Work Estimator

What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle estimating for commercial site work
• prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
• develop and submit bids
• manage submittals from RFP through final bid
• maintain bid logs, project files, and historical cost data
• attend job and pre-construction meetings as needed
• price change orders
• and solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing.
