What you'll do

• Lead a classroom
• implement curriculum and IEP goals
• plan weekly lessons aligned with state standards
• guide classroom support staff in instructional strategies
• create a safe learning environment
• provide staff feedback and coaching
• report and analyze student data
• communicate with parents
• modify materials to meet student needs and IEP requirements
• contribute to IEPs and maintain substitute plans.
