What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for association boards and residents
• build relationships through proactive communication
• prepare and manage budgets, review financial statements, oversee assessment collection, and approve invoices with the accounting department
• inspect properties and evaluate vendor bids
• oversee maintenance and capital projects
• ensure compliance with governing documents and applicable Illinois laws
• prepare for and attend board meetings
• manage multiple projects and communicate with boards, homeowners, and vendors.
