Director of Operations

The director owns product execution from production planning through final delivery, coordinating manufacturing, quality, logistics, inventory, retail requirements, and launches. The role builds processes and accountability across teams and partners to support reliable product delivery and the company’s growth.

What you'll do

• Own product operations from production kickoff through delivery
• build production plans and timelines
• coordinate artwork, approvals, manufacturing, autograph returns, quality control, packaging, and shipping
• manage manufacturing partners, costs, quality standards, fulfillment, logistics, release calendars, licensed product requirements, inventory, ERP workflows, and operational reporting
• build and lead the operations team and develop repeatable procedures.
