What you'll do

• Guide peers and reinforce SOP, compliance, quality, and safety expectations
• assist with training and peer coaching
• support harvest, drying, curing, trimming, shucking, quality checks, packaging, labeling, weighing, manifest preparation, and distribution workflows
• maintain product tracking and inventory integrity
• support sanitation, documentation, and audit readiness
• escalate quality, equipment, and compliance concerns.
