Landscape Crew Lead (Service Delivery Manager)

Job overview

The Landscape Crew Lead (Service Delivery Manager) role is onsite in Bloomingdale, GA, with regional travel 4–5 days per week and overnight travel when required. Compensation is $21–$24 per hour for candidates with less than three years of directly related experience, or $25–$32 per hour for candidates with at least three years of verifiable comparable experience. AQUALIS provides water management services focused on stormwater and lift station systems. The role helps lead a crew maintaining storm drainage systems and related infrastructure to mitigate flooding and erosion. It also documents conditions and potential repairs, supports inspections, and keeps the service team on schedule during growing seasons.

What you'll do

• Assist in leading watershed management technicians
• perform environmental maintenance
• operate landscaping equipment
• remove sediment, trash, and debris from stormwater systems
• maintain drainage systems and ponds
• identify and document issues needing repair
• operate and maintain a pickup truck and trailer
• complete maintenance and inspection reports and track crew expenses
• coordinate hotel arrangements when overnight travel is required
• attend safety training.
