What you'll do

• Lead industrial sewing and cushion operations across Syracuse and Roxboro
• build relationships with employees and leaders at both locations
• develop a formal training and certification program
• coach managers and supervisors
• identify improvements in safety, quality, workflow, labor planning, and productivity
• establish shared standards where useful
• use performance data and employee input
• partner with Operations, HR, Safety, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
