What you'll do

• Supervise, schedule, train, and support housekeeping staff

• manage cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment
• and ensure compliance with infection control, safety, sanitation, and facility policies. Respond to resident and family requests, coordinate with facility leadership, assist with hands-on housekeeping when needed, and report significant employee performance issues.
