What you'll do

• Performs the Nursing Process in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
• Provides relationship-based patient-centered care consistent with population-specific characteristics.
• Partners with the patient and significant others using appropriate methods for setting and purpose.
• Coordinates the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care.
• Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration by practicing in a manner that is fiscally responsible.
• Participates and supports performance improvement inclusive of all stakeholders.
• Completes all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education.
• Serves as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses and staff.
