The Dam Bar and Keetley Club are planned as a Park City hospitality destination, with the bar designed as a gathering place for the local mountain and lake community. Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager partners in leading daily restaurant operations and takes operational leadership in the General Manager’s absence. The role coordinates front- and back-of-house teams, supports events and service standards, and helps develop staff and manage operating performance.

What you'll do

• Partner with the General Manager on food and beverage, events, facilities, and guest services
• lead operations in the General Manager’s absence
• support procedures, budgets, labor plans, inventory, scheduling, and cost controls
• direct front- and back-of-house managers
• lead pre-shift and team meetings
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management
• support private events
• address maintenance needs
• and ensure health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-management compliance. Requires 2+ years of hospitality management experience in a high-volume environment and the ability to work day, evening, holiday, and weekend hours as needed.
