What you'll do

• Float to regional clinic facilities
• monitor vital signs and patient condition and document observations
• collect and prepare specimens
• assist nursing staff with hemodialysis therapy
• monitor and document patient status and provide access instruction under RN direction
• review lab work and physician orders and reinforce care
• enter lab-draw codes
• perform basic nursing procedures
• maintain supplies and inventory
• prepare and care for dialysis equipment
• complete EMR flow sheets for billing
• follow applicable company policies and regulations
• participate in quality assurance and cost containment programs.
