What you'll do

• Greet and check in and out patients
• enter, update, and verify patient and insurance information
• complete registration and prepare visit paperwork
• verify benefits and collect copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, and fees as needed
• respond to account questions and route billing issues
• monitor patient flow and communicate with clinical staff and providers
• schedule and confirm appointments
• create and maintain charts and records
• perform clerical tasks and keep the front desk and waiting room tidy.
