General Manager, Commercial Mechanical Contractor is fully onsite in Portsmouth, VA, with a base salary of $120,000–$150,000 annually. What you'll do

• Lead office and field operations
• manage designated managers and employees
• establish expectations and accountability
• oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee development
• improve operating procedures and interdepartmental coordination
• oversee safety programs, training, compliance, and incident investigations. The normal schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with additional hours as necessary
• the role must remain reachable for serious after-hours emergencies.
