What you'll do

• Answer inbound sales calls and conduct initial discovery
• greet tour guests and introduce them to the Director of Sales
• maintain prospect and influencer data in the CRM
• prepare sales reports
• check model apartments and tour paths
• make outbound calls
• manage sales collateral and event coordination
• conduct tours as needed
• administer lead distribution
• coordinate sales acceleration and referral programs
• facilitate move-in paperwork and resident assessments
• coordinate move-in files with community leaders and clinical staff.
