Part-Time Senior Sales Associate

The Part-Time Senior Sales Associate role is an onsite position based in Erie, CO. 16-$16.16/hr plus commission, and this role supports the store's sales and profit objectives within the Music & Arts retail team. This role exists to drive individual sales performance, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with store operations including merchandising and security. The associate contributes to the company's mission by promoting music education and building lasting relationships with the local musical community.

What you'll do

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program
• Create business by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations
• Develop customer relationships
• Provide compelling sales presentations
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service
• Promote customer loyalty
• Participate in store operations including merchandising, displays, and maintenance
• Maintain store security.
