The Shift Leader — Restaurant role is onsite in Conroe, TX. Pay is $12–$14 per hour. The position supports Taco Cabana’s restaurant management team in meeting operational, sales, and profit goals. The shift leader supervises hourly team members during an assigned shift, helping maintain product quality, efficient operations, and guest service. The role also supports training, safety and sanitation practices, administrative tasks, and resolution of guest concerns.

What you'll do

• Direct and supervise hourly team members
• support task completion and food safety, sanitation, security, and safety procedures
• train team members using company tools
• assist with equipment and facility upkeep
• perform register and safe audits, deposits, and fund accounting
• investigate and respond to guest complaints
• attend meetings and training
• recommend disciplinary action
• monitor cleanliness.
