Senior Accountant

Job overview

The accountant owns core accounting operations and partners with the Controller to maintain reporting and support business decisions. Inventory, costing, margin analysis, and process improvements help the growing brand understand performance and scale its financial operations.

What you'll do

• Perform daily and monthly accounting and reconciliations, including month-end close
• assist with GAAP financial statements
• prepare weekly payment runs and tax and regulatory filings
• support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• lead inventory accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, and reconciliations
• partner with operations on costing, yield, and waste reporting
• analyze gross margins
• improve accounting controls and support ERP enhancements
• document processes and cross-train the team.
