What you'll do

• Assist with commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and analysis of utility inverters in the field, by email, telephone, and site visits
• work with high-voltage DC electricity, three-phase power, and inverter software and firmware
• perform maintenance according to product manuals and customer contracts
• develop product and accessory knowledge
• maintain spare-parts inventory
• support customer satisfaction and lower field-service costs.
