What you'll do

• Oversee daily residential program operations and regulatory compliance
• supervise and support Residence Managers and staff
• participate in intake, screening, admission, and discharge
• support person-centered plans and documentation
• conduct observations, record reviews, audits, and outcome tracking
• collaborate with clinicians, care managers, families, and community partners
• support staff recruitment, training, and development
• analyze data and reports
• respond to crises and provide on-call support
• assist with incident reviews and investigations.
