What you'll do

• Record general ledger and subledger transactions
• reconcile general ledger, bank, and investment accounts
• perform and document financial analysis
• maintain account codes in accounting software
• complete state registrations, renewals, tax-exemption documents, and IRS forms
• provide financial reporting and accounting support
• administer corporate credit card processes
• assist with budgets, audits, grant tracking, internal controls, and month-end and year-end close.
