What you'll do

• Represent emerging growth companies and venture capital investors in financing rounds
• advise on corporate governance, formation, capitalization, and general corporate matters
• assist with M&A, strategic investments, and liquidity events
• draft and negotiate transaction documents
• conduct legal research
• manage transactions through closing
• maintain client relationships
• collaborate across practice areas
• participate in negotiations and client meetings.
