The Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager — Rehab Unit role is onsite in Buffalo, NY. Pay is $47–$48 per hour. The unit manager oversees nursing operations and resident care on the Rehab Unit, coordinating staff, care plans, documentation, and quality review to help ensure residents’ daily needs are met and care is effective.

What you'll do

• Maintain nursing guidelines and policies
• schedule and assign nurses and staff
• support residents and families
• coordinate information with the healthcare team
• maintain care documentation and supplies
• develop individualized care plans
• supervise nurses and CNAs
• assess residents and review care plans
• provide direct nursing care as needed
• evaluate care effectiveness and address concerns.
