The Restoration Crew Chief role is onsite in Springfield, IL. Pay starts at $21–$22 per hour and is negotiable based on experience. ServiceMaster DSI provides restoration services in Springfield and surrounding areas, helping families and businesses recover from fire and water damage. The crew chief leads restoration project work and supervises assigned technicians and laborers to complete cleanup, mitigation, and restoration assignments on time and to quality standards. The role also supports team development, equipment care, project documentation, and strong customer communication.

What you'll do

• Complete assigned restoration cleaning, moving, packing, and general labor projects on time and to quality standards
• direct, assist, and supervise restoration technicians and staff laborers
• evaluate work quality and competence
• support employee training
• maintain the security, integrity, and cleanliness of equipment and supplies
• monitor crew productivity
• complete required forms and photo documentation
• communicate with customers and maintain customer relations.
