What you'll do

• Supervise maintenance of buildings, grounds, security, and mechanical assets
• oversee housekeeping, laundry, and transportation services
• develop vendor relationships and negotiate maintenance contracts when appropriate
• inspect apartments before occupancy
• develop preventive maintenance and work-order systems
• review financial statements and submit expenses and budget data
• manage staffing and scheduling
• maintain and inspect transportation vehicles.
