What you'll do

• Oversee and assign post-harvest processing work
• train and coach team members
• inspect batches and report quality issues
• create work orders
• monitor productivity
• maintain tracking-system records
• approve timecards and manage shift coverage
• verify weighing and logging
• coordinate storage conditions
• maintain sanitation
• oversee remediation and documentation
• prepare lab samples and support third-party sampling
• assist with hiring, onboarding, and training.
