What you'll do

• Drive service and retail sales, Wax Passes, and future bookings
• manage center KPIs, revenue goals, and performance metrics
• build local partnerships and execute marketing initiatives
• coach associates on sales and guest experience
• resolve escalated guest concerns
• recruit, train, and retain associates
• manage schedules, labor targets, timekeeping, payroll, and deposits
• maintain compliance, inventory, ordering, and payment processes.
