What you'll do

• Welcome customers and direct them to team members
• answer incoming calls and assist customers with insurance needs
• handle service requests
• identify sales opportunities and connect customers with producers
• review voicemail and daily priorities
• coordinate appointments and maintain calendars
• process policy changes, missing documentation, billing issues, and cancellation concerns
• maintain records and follow-up tasks
• monitor claims and open service cases
• assist with billing, late payments, and retention
• gather customer information and prepare quotes
• support cross-selling and agency production goals.
