• Supervise, coach, and train case managers
• support client enrollment and individual service-plan decisions
• monitor service quality and timely HMIS data entry
• collaborate across departments to meet housing placement goals
• support program development, policy implementation, and community partnerships
• apply Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Trauma-Informed Care practices.
