The Residential Kitchen and Bath Designer role is full-time and onsite in Fenton, MO. Pay is $25–$35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The designer supports Iconic Construction’s residential home-building and remodeling work. The role translates client needs and specifications into detailed, construction-ready kitchen and bath designs. It contributes to project delivery by coordinating with project managers, trade teams, and vendors, and by helping clients select cabinetry, fixtures, and finishes that fit their spaces and budgets.

What you'll do

• Create detailed, construction-ready designs and documentation using Revit and 2020 Design Live
• develop floor plans, elevations, and renderings in line with customer specifications and building codes
• help clients select cabinetry, fixtures, and finishes
• verify measurements and ordering details
• coordinate with project managers, trade teams, and vendors
• deliver designs that support client satisfaction.
