IT Technician — Onsite Deployment Support

The IT Technician — Onsite Deployment Support role is onsite in Everett, WA, at facilities within approximately a half-mile radius, primarily between two adjacent bases. Pay is $28–$30 per hour. The assignment supports Technology Services staff with equipment deployment, workstation installations, device imaging, staging, and surplus processing. The technician prepares and deploys Windows computers and Dell Wyse thin clients, assists with hardware troubleshooting and peripheral installations, and processes retired equipment. This work helps supplement the technology team’s capacity for high-volume workstation deployment and equipment support.

What you'll do

• Image, configure, and deploy Windows laptops and desktops using Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM) and Workspace ONE
• deploy Dell Wyse all-in-one thin clients using Wyse Management Suite
• assist with hardware troubleshooting and peripheral installations
• stage equipment
• disconnect, move, inventory, and organize retired IT equipment
• assist with related technical activities as project needs dictate.
