What you'll do

• Develop planned individual and group activities based on participant needs and interests
• provide or supervise activities
• post and maintain a weekly activity calendar
• encourage participation
• arrange community activities using center transportation when indicated
• consult occupational therapy regarding therapeutic recreation when needed
• document daily activities and monthly participant involvement
• complete activity assessments
• participate in quarterly care-plan reviews
• supervise assistants or volunteers.

Why this role
