What you'll do

• Prepare and maintain master schedules and daily revisions
• contact personnel to cover shortages
• resolve scheduling conflicts and confirm staff qualifications
• coordinate orientation, training, and 30-day evaluations
• maintain scheduling data and produce statistical reports
• support time and attendance, vacancy tracking, employee activities, interviews, offers, correspondence, and HR matters.
