Material Handler / Driver

The Material Handler / Driver role is onsite in Sanford, FL, with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule. Pay is $20–$23 per hour. The role supports McCarthy Fabrication’s fabrication team and daily shop operations. The handler receives, organizes, stages, and delivers materials to keep production and shipping moving safely and accurately, while maintaining orderly storage areas and coordinating with logistics and shop teams.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and verify pickups
• transport completed stands between facilities
• process, package, label, and load materials
• coordinate with the powder coat team
• receive and verify deliveries
• operate a forklift
• maintain material locations and logs
• stage materials
• make local deliveries
• inspect vehicles
• assist with inventory
• remove scrap and waste
• follow OSHA and company safety standards.
