What you'll do
- Oversee clinical and business functions of a home health agency and its branches, including budgets, clinical operations, billing and collections, quality improvement, regulatory and accreditation compliance, human resources, business development, and clinical program development.
- Support QA/OASIS requirements, ensure care plans are followed, liaise with governing and advisory groups and business staff, and promote services in the community.
