• Process approved purchases and obtain competitive quotes
• verify approvals and compare price, quality, availability, delivery, warranty, and terms
• match invoices to orders and resolve discrepancies
• coordinate returns and track credits
• assist with receiving, inspection, labeling, and routing
• verify part numbers and compatibility
• coordinate urgent purchases and communicate order status
• maintain purchasing records and follow company procedures.
