What you'll do

• Plan community relations activities, including electronic communications, meetings, and event participation
• identify presentation, sponsorship, and marketing opportunities
• cultivate existing and potential referral relationships
• raise awareness of programs and services
• develop a territory contact and referral database
• pursue new strategic relationships
• serve as a liaison between referral sources, the Access Center, and facilities
• coordinate resolution of service issues.
