Treasury & Cash Manager, Remote Eastern or Central Time Zone

The Treasury & Cash Manager role is remote for candidates anywhere in the Eastern or Central time zones; the Nashville, TN area is preferred. Base salary is $120,000–$143,000 per year plus an annual bonus. The role supports treasury operations across a healthcare platform of office-based labs and ambulatory surgery centers. The manager builds and leads cash management and treasury processes as the platform grows. The work supports liquidity planning, banking operations, treasury policy, and finance and legal coordination for acquisitions and new entities.

What you'll do

• Own daily cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning across operating entities
• manage banking relationships, account structures, and disbursements
• lead treasury policy, debt and covenant support, and short-term investment of excess cash
• partner with legal and finance on treasury aspects of acquisitions and new entity onboarding
• build and maintain short- and long-term cash forecasts in partnership with FP&A and entity-level finance staff.
