What you'll do

• Audit new-hire paperwork and enter information in HRIS
• conduct 30/60/90-day check-ins for California employees
• serve as a contact for employee relations and performance questions
• advise managers and conduct investigations and exit interviews
• maintain performance reviews and employee data
• analyze turnover and engagement
• complete state reporting
• support organizational change, training, and HR projects.

Why this role
