Shipper / Receiver – Medical Devices

Job overview

The Shipper / Receiver role is full-time and onsite in Geneva, IL. Pay is $20–$21 per hour. Bravida Medical develops wound-care and infection-prevention products intended to support patient outcomes and healthcare providers. The role ensures medical devices and related products are stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and in line with quality requirements. It supports inventory control, shipping documentation, compliance, and on-time delivery to customers.

What you'll do

• Prepare, verify, package, and process domestic and international shipments
• check quantities, lot numbers, labels, and documentation
• coordinate freight and carrier pickups
• maintain shipping records
• support urgent shipments and resolve discrepancies
• stock warehouse locations and rotate FIFO inventory
• assist with transactions and cycle counts
• follow QMS, SOP, and regulatory requirements
• maintain an organized, inspection-ready work area.
