What you'll do

• Operate and maintain the grill station
• prepare grilled meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, and other menu items
• cook proteins to requested temperatures
• prepare ingredients and maintain mise en place
• season, portion, cook, rest, and plate food
• coordinate timing with other stations
• accommodate directed modifications, allergies, and special requests
• monitor food quality and inventory
• maintain sanitation and follow food-safety procedures.
