Evening Caregiver

Job overview

The Evening Caregiver role is onsite in Richland, WA, working 2 p.m.–10 p.m. on a four-days-on, two-days-off rotation. Compensation is not specified. Guardian Angel Homes provides person-centered care to residents. The caregiver assists residents with daily activities and mobility, observes and reports changes, and documents care to support residents’ safety, comfort, and individual needs.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals
• provide person-centered support, including for residents with dementia, limitations, or end-of-life needs
• assist with transfers and repositioning using care equipment
• report condition changes to nursing staff
• document care, activities, and vital signs
• collaborate with the care team.
