Pricing and Purchasing Specialist

What you'll do

• Set up and maintain customer pricing across operating, dispatch, and billing systems
• maintain pricing formulas, contracts, and rack-plus/cost-plus structures
• apply daily rack and index price updates
• audit pricing and resolve discrepancies
• support customer onboarding and renewals
• analyze inventory, supply needs, and supplier allocations
• enter and manage purchase orders for fuel, lubricants, and retail products
• compare supplier pricing and terminals
• track allocations, liftings, and contract volumes
• partner with Accounting on month-end close, accruals, and accounts payable accuracy
• review demand trends and build forecasts
• flag supply risks and recommend adjustments.

Why this role

One to two years of relevant pricing, purchasing, billing, accounts payable, inventory, or office experience; high school diploma or equivalent required; Excel working knowledge required; fuel, petroleum, lubricants, or distribution experience is a plus but not required; occasional branch travel.
