What you'll do

• Assess drain and sewer systems and diagnose problems
• clear drains safely and efficiently in accordance with customer agreements and local plumbing codes
• explain findings and next steps to homeowners
• coordinate further inspection with Camera Technicians, Dispatch, and the Sewer Supervisor
• protect customers’ homes, vehicles, and equipment
• follow safety procedures
• maintain clean job sites and accurate written records
• represent the company professionally.
