What you'll do

• Lead agentic system development from ideation through production
• make technical design and architecture decisions
• lead technical planning and Agile ceremonies
• design multi-agent systems with tool use, memory, routing, and planning
• develop modular agent skills and tools
• build automated evaluation for agents, skills, and prompts
• collaborate with product and implementation teams on customer problems.
