What you'll do

• assess site conditions and requirements and execute installation plans

• coordinate with vendors and IT personnel
• help improve installation processes
• maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• document service work and expenses
• coordinate equipment readiness with warehouse staff
• travel to the Greenville, SC or Lubbock, TX home office for training
• respond to customer complaints and recommend improvements
• provide service, support, installation, and training as needed
• make onsite implementation decisions
• maintain company-provided vehicle, cards, computer, tools, and test equipment.
