What you'll do
- Oversee daily nursing operations on the assigned unit
- ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies
- supervise nursing staff, assign duties, and support development
- review nursing documentation
- address staff concerns with leadership
- participate in resident assessments, care planning, and MDS completion
- maintain medication, supply, and equipment levels
- monitor infection control
- participate in QAPI and performance improvement
- respond to emergencies and provide direct care when required.

Why this role
Requires an RN degree, active RN license, current CPR certification, at least two years of RN experience in long-term care, restorative, or geriatric settings, and at least one year of nursing management or supervisory experience. Nursing home experience is required.
