What you'll do

• Conduct member interviews and recommend products and services
• originate loans and new accounts
• cross-sell products aligned with member needs
• open and close accounts
• resolve account and bookkeeping questions
• perform teller transactions and balance cash
• maintain member privacy and compliance
• track leads and referrals in CRM
• participate in community events.
